FREE Returns and Exchanges (US Domestic only)

At Spiaggia we fully stand behind our products and we want you to have a seamless and great shopping experience, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund and we take care of the shipping. Simple right?

So here is what we ask:

Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it, including tag(s) attached and it must also be in the original packaging.

You will have to include any gift associated with the order, such as case(s), tumbler(s).

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as gift cards and unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping or free returns on any order that was originally shipped outside the U.S. All products shipped outside the U.S are considered final sale and will be non-refundable.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

To return your product you need:
1 - Order #
2- Reason for return.
3- Return label that came in with your original package.
4- Drop off your package at your nearest post office or hand it to your USPS mail carrier.
5 - Refunds (if applicable). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
